Housing Continuum

McLaren Housing’s programs fall along a Housing Continuum that accounts for the varying needs of our applicants and clients. Some programs accommodate people who can live fully independently and other programs offer a higher level of support. Our applicants and clients’ needs can change over time and having a Housing Continuum allows us, within limits, to ensure our clients remain housed even if their needs are changing. Flow along the continuum can happen in either direction and is a way for McLaren Housing to contribute to the overall health and wellness of people living with HIV/AIDS.
